Our established client in Mississauga ON is looking to Ad an AP Office Clerk to their team
Looking for candidates with experience with Accounts Payable experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:
-Timecards Daily entries for all hourly (150) and Temporary staff (10-65) as well as adjustments
-Investigate and resolve payroll issues with management at various locations
-Create and or run payroll reports or time or attendance system
-Provide Organized and efficient administrative support
-May be responsible for some accounting activities
-Maintain all monitoring and daily reporting with proper close out procedures
-General Office Duties including purchase orders, mailing invoices, statements and filing
-Collect, track and analyze data/information using Excel
-Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copy, binding, scanning etc.
-Answer and direct all incoming calls in a polite and friendly manner
-Take and deliver messages and send/ deliver messages though our internal communication system
-Welcome visitors in a warm. friendly and welcoming manner and answer any questions they may have/ show them to the meeting room
-Maintain Petty Cash fund
-Incoming/outgoing mail and courier
-Update and track planned vacation and unplanned absences in Payworks
-Weekly reports to agencies
-Biweekly reports to payroll
-Month end reports to internal stakeholders
-PO's in BC, purchase invoices and credit memos Re Operations and Administration
-Weekly batches to head office for posting
-Month end procedures including Accrual List for site
-Track Fuel usage per truck for all diesels (On-site fills only)
-Maintain fuel cards for PetroCanada/Gain
