Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Development: Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to align on and implement the company's growth strategy. Your efforts will be key in identifying and securing new business opportunities within the B2B sector.

Client Acquisition & Retention: Excel in identifying potential clients, developing customized proposals, and securing new contracts. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.

Market Expansion: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities. Leverage this information to penetrate new markets and expand our client base.

Brand Advocacy: Uphold our commitment to excellence in client care and quality service. Ensure all interactions reflect our brand values and enhance our reputation in the market.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in business development within the glass service, automotive, home services, or related industries
  • Strong background in B2B sales and business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
