Job Title: Business Development Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Sales Manager to join our team at Hatashita International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and drive B2B sales through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Provide market analysis and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of martial arts and combat sports is an asset.
