- Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our global eCommerce portfolio. You will work closely with teams across our Commercial Excellence framework to ensure the capabilities of our eCommerce channel aligns with overall Hearing Instruments (HI) Business strategy. This is a great opportunity for a person with a proactive, can-do attitude who wants to help drive eCommerce to the next level.**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and support the rollout and delivery of commercial marketing campaigns to all eStores globally, including launch and pre-order activities to all eStores globally including working collaboratively with content creation teams to develop assets for eCommerce activities
- Train local Group Ccompany (GC) teams on eCommerce best practices and pilot new tools/features that will contribute to commercial excellence activities and develop a strong eCommerce community within the HI Business
- Ensure HI product listings and content on eStores globally (landing pages, product pages, search optimization recommendations, etc.) are aligned with global and local business processes
- Responsible for collecting and managing customer feedback (internal/external) so our eCommerce user experience aligns with customer needs and follows UX best practices and recommendations
- Manage the coordination, triaging and prioritization of business requests with global, local and IT teams to ensure timelines are met
- Technical Communication: liaise with Corporate or local IT (SAP, AEM) to identify ongoing technical issues that impact sales growth in this channel and follow up to resolution
- Responsible for collecting and managing customer feedback (internal/external) so our eCommerce user experience aligns with customer needs and follows UX best practices and recommendations
- Manage the coordination, triaging and prioritization of business requests with global, local and IT teams to ensure timelines are met
- Technical Communication: liaise with Corporate or local IT (SAP, AEM) to identify ongoing technical issues that impact sales growth in this channel and follow up to resolution

**More about you**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in business or technology or equivalent work experience
- Professional development in B2B eCommerce, digital marketing, or digital solutions a strong plus
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B eCommerce, digital marketing, or B2B2C web and portal development
- Software, web and mobile software development a strong plus (HTML, CSS, JS) highly preferred
- Experience as a collaborator who can work across operating styles and can bring together multiple perspectives
- Experience in modern methodologies around innovation and digital (lean, agile etc.)

**A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova**
