Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and drive B2B sales through effective communication and relationship-building
  • Create and manage marketing calendars to promote our products and services
  • Develop and implement creative marketing ideas to address B2B customers
  • Manage, qualify, and nurture inbound lead flow to generate quotes and nurture sales
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop outbound lead generation campaigns and design lead capture and nurture processes
  • Generate demand by building targeted lists for outreach and managing relationships with leads
  • Provide feedback on the quality of leads being generated and collaborate with the team on how quality can be improved
  • Track status and quality of leads as they move through the sales cycle for intelligence on quality and conversion rates
  • Report on key metrics on a regular basis to measure the effectiveness of the process
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or BDR or Retail Sales experience
  • Those with marketing experience will be prioritized
  • Business or Marketing post-secondary education will be prioritized
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
  • Strong market analysis skills to identify growth opportunities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Consistent positive and professional attitude
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Obsessive attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Knowledge and interest in martial arts and combat sports is highly beneficial
