Job Summary:
The Director of Outbound Sales Strategy will be instrumental in developing and executing advanced outbound sales strategies, focusing on digital channels like LinkedIn, targeted email campaigns, and strategic marketing initiatives. This role requires a visionary leader with robust experience in the BPO sector, capable of crafting high-impact strategies that drive revenue and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive outbound sales strategies, aligning them with the company’s overall business goals.
  • Develop innovative digital marketing efforts, including LinkedIn strategies, email marketing, and new methodologies of targeted advertising, to maximize lead generation.
  • Analyze performance metrics and market trends to adapt and optimize outbound strategies effectively.
  • Oversee the use of CRM and sales automation tools to enhance efficiency and track performance.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management across marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing outbound sales team, fostering a culture of achievement and continuous improvement.
  • Implement a structured framework for Business Development Representatives (BDRs) within each division to actively identify and pursue growth opportunities, thereby accelerating market expansion initiatives in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders to enhance business development opportunities.
  • Regularly report insights and updates on strategies directly to senior executive leadership, offering strategic recommendations and actionable insights to drive business growth and success.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in strategic sales leadership, preferably within the BPO industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing digital sales channels and executing high-level marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of driving growth through data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities with experience in team development and strategic oversight.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms and understanding of sales process automation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
