Look no further On behalf of our client the Victoria Foundation (Foundation) we are searching for a talented Finance Administrator to join their team on an 18-month maternity leave contract. The Finance Administrator will contribute to the daily administration and operation within the Finance team, and be responsible for a variety of daily and monthly finance and accounting related tasks.

Our ideal Finance Administrator brings the following:
  • A post-secondary degree/diploma or an equivalent combination of training and experience in finance/accounting is required.
  • 1-2 years of recent accounting experience required, preferably in a not-for-profit environment.
  • Knowledge of GAAP.
  • Knowledge of CRA reporting requirements & filings.
  • Financial systems experience.
  • Proficient in Office 365, including advanced excel skills.
