- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for business expansion. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting the legal market.
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing, legal, and finance, to ensure cohesive and effective business strategies. Collaborate with the firm's leadership team to align sales efforts with the firm's legal capabilities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for the executive team. Analyze sales data to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance the firm's visibility and reputation.
- Create and maintain sales pipeline status by maintaining accurate and complete information in the CRM system and being proficient in using sales performance metrics.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive significant revenue growth.
- Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive sales plans that align with overall business objectives.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a goal-oriented B2B sales environment.
- Law firm experience is an asset but not a requirement.
