Head of Sales Leadership

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to join our team as Head of Sales Leadership. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and developing sales talent
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and manage sales processes and tools to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Measure and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth
- 8+ years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing sales teams
- Experience in SaaS sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with customers and partners
