- Salsify Management: You will be the go-to expert for loading and updating product images and information on Salsify. Clients such as Mayfair and HomeSense rely on this system to sell products to consumers.
- System Maintenance: Keep the product information current and accurate, and clean up outdated data from the old system.
- Technical Support: Serve as the main contact for troubleshooting Salsify issues, collaborating with the head office to resolve problems swiftly.
- Product Knowledge: Leverage your understanding of lighting and home products to ensure accurate and appealing product listings.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations and e-commerce teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years in e-commerce, with a focus on CRS and product information management systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salsify, EDI, and ERP systems (Repzio experience is a plus).
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with lighting, furniture, and home products.
- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Adaptable: Comfortable working with various systems and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
