Position Overview: As a Business Development Manager, you will drive business growth and expand our client base. This role requires a deep understanding of financial services, exceptional sales skills, and a proven track record of exceeding quotas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Report on sales activities and business development efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field. MBA/CFA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 6 years relevant sales experience in financial services, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
