Our team is growing We are hiring a dynamic, entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to develop and execute strategies for achieving sales growth targets in Toronto while overseeing and managing client relationships.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities

  • New business development, identifying opportunities, and lead generation
  • Build and execute effective sales processes and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations
  • Focus on acquisition and growth of new accounts, while expanding relationships with current clients and value selling other business offerings
  • Collaborate with Recruiters to provide the highest level of customer service
  • Local travel within assigned territory for client and site visits
  • Consistently meet KPIs to ensure client and business expectations are satisfied

Business Development Manager Qualifications

  • Entrepreneurial and self-starter mindset
  • Persuasive communication skills with the ability to speak in public settings and complete presentations
  • 2-3+ years experience in staffing and/or solutions selling

Employment Conditions

  • Full-time, permanent
  • Base plus competitive commission structure

  • This is a hybrid role, working 2 days remote and 3 days out of our Toronto location
