A General contractor having been in the business for 40 years with

retail, commercial and institutional construction projects is looking to hire a Business Development Manager.

The ideal candidate must have worked in the Business Development sector for 10 years plus in Construction or Real Estate

Description:

  • Achieve annual sales targets and related metrics through the acquisition of new business and recognition of contracted revenue from existing customer
  • Develop relationships, and execute agreements with current accounts based upon the suite of service offerings
  • Effectively manage an existing customer base of pharmaceutical and biotechnology institutions
  • Ensure that all proposal/contract details, client meetings, RFP information is captured and maintained within designated CRM system
  • Coordinating meetings with internal/external stakeholders/project teams within existing accounts on issues from contract development and pricing to project status reports routine activities include attending identified trade shows, updating sales pipeline report, development and execution of key account plans, routine customer visits, maintenance of CRM database, and achieving individual sales plans

Required:

  • 5-10 years business/industry experience
  • Professional, well spoken, outgoing personality
