We leverage cutting-edge technology to deliver reliable, scalable, and efficient services to our clients, ensuring they can focus on their core operations while we handle their printing and mailing needs.Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and strong communication skills, enabling them to effectively demonstrate the value of PostGrid's solutions to potential clients. As a Sales Engineer, you will work closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure our clients receive the best possible service and support.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.Assist in the development of sales strategies and proposals that align with customer needs.Serve as a technical expert on PostGrid’s products, answering customer queries and addressing technical concerns.Work with the product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development.Support the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of PostGrid's solutions.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends.Create and deliver training sessions for customers and internal teams to ensure the effective use of PostGrid’s products.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role, preferably within the SaaS industry.Strong understanding of API technologies and experience with RESTful APIs.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.Why Join Us:Be part of a rapidly growing company with a dynamic and inclusive culture.Work remotely with flexible hours to support work-life balance.Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.Collaborate with a talented and passionate team dedicated to innovation and excellence.
