Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Demand Gen Manager to drive regional awareness and build pipeline for our key solutions. This role requires collaboration with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop high-impact campaigns.

  • Design and execute integrated marketing strategies for qualified interest and pipeline growth.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with product marketing, product management, sales leadership, and customer success to align demand generation initiatives with strategic objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end coordination and execution of demand generation programs, including planning, promotion, optimization, and reporting.

The ideal candidate should have advanced knowledge of B2B marketing automation, email marketing (Marketo knowledge is preferred), and experience with Salesforce.com to evaluate performance and ROI.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

This compensation range is based on industry standards and national averages in the United States, considering factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS software marketing, demand generation, and sales processes

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field

• Advanced knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing automation, email marketing, and performance optimization

• Experience working with Agile marketing methodologies and tools
