We are seeking a dynamic Lead Generation Executive specialized in Upwork, with 3-5 years of experience, to join our team. This role involves mastering the Upwork platform to generate leads, secure projects, and build lasting client relationships. The candidate should be capable of both independent work and teamwork, and have a keen interest in emerging technologies, especially in Mobile and web domains such as Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, and React Native, with an advantage in knowledge of AI technologies.

Required Qualifications

Proven success in lead generation and project acquisition on Upwork.

  • Familiarity with Knowledge of Mobile and web Technologies like Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, and React Native. AI technology knowledge is an advantage.
  • At least 3 years in lead generation, specifically on Upwork.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a flair for explaining complex technical concepts.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team, with a self-driven and proactive approach.
Roles and Responsibilities

Demonstrate expertise in generating leads and securing projects on Upwork. Build and maintain lasting client relationships.

  • Explore additional business opportunities beyond Upwork using outbound strategies.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, particularly in mobile and web development areas.
  • Engage effectively with clients on Upwork and other platforms, understanding their requirements and showcasing our services.
  • Conduct in-depth research on potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Independently craft compelling proposals that address client needs and highlight the strengths of our services.
  • Implement strategies to nurture leads and convert prospects into clients.
  • Regularly report on lead generation activities, analyze performance metrics, and suggest improvements.
