Human Resource Manager

- Maintaining a smooth onboarding process
- Developing and updating clear policies and ensuring policy awareness
- Managing the performance improvement plans
- Facilitating the employee succession planning process
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties
- Maintaining employee and workplace confidentiality
- Conduct investigations into any employee complaints or concerns brought forward
- Act as a mediator pertaining to conflict management in the workplace Ensure personal records are maintained ensuring mandatory checks are completed
- Participate in the workplace safety and health committee, investigate workplace injuries and accidents, and file any reports
- Business Administration degree, Chartered Human Resources Professional(CPI-IR) designation, or related field
- Five (5) years management experience in field of human resources and/or office operations
- Proven experience in HR management and competencies
- Self-aware, empathetic and trustworthy
- Demonstrated judgment, tact, discretion and ability to handle matters of a sensitive and confidential nature
- Ability to handle conflict, identify developmental needs of employees, and provide coaching and mentoring
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel an asset
- Possess good working habits (punctuality and attendance)
- Clear criminal record and abuse registry checks
- Valid driver's licence and a reliable automobile
