Our client a well-established company in the distribution industry is currently looking for a Collections Specialist to join their dynamic and growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of collection calls and correspondence
- Negotiate payment arrangements with customers
- Monitor and maintain assigned accounts
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
- Update and maintain accurate records of all collection activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth account management
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in a collections role, preferably in a high-volume setting
- Fluently bilingual to communicate internationally
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and collection software
