We are looking for a Partner Sales Executive to work with Channel Partner representatives in strategic accounts in North America. This role involves territory and account planning, creating business plans, engaging with colleagues, and ensuring adherence to sales policies. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in selling high-tech products, strategic planning skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Territory and Account planning and execution with the Channel sales reps
  2. Create and adhere to quarterly business plans with the Partner sales reps
  3. Ensure plan accountability with frequent interaction and reviews
  4. Engage with other Siemens colleagues to expand portfolio adoption at strategic accounts
  5. Understanding of and ability to articulate the Siemens DISW message
  6. Coach and mentor Partner Sales reps on the intricacies and details of the portfolio
  7. Indirect revenue management and co-selling for the assigned geography
  8. Support increasing Partner sales productivity by leveraging all channel efforts
  9. Ensure Partner Sales Reps adhere to SIEMENS DISW Channel policies
  10. Must demonstrate an ability to excel within a cross-functional team environment

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in selling High Tech products
  • Strategic planning experience, financial management skills, and strong collaborative skills
  • Excellent oral/written communication and listening skills
  • Working knowledge of Channel Sales and indirect reseller business model
  • Business development acumen and experience selling to “C-level” principals
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Energy, curiosity, spirit, and a winning attitude
  • Ability to multitask managing multiple projects and campaigns
  • Experience dealing with cross-functional teams
  • Proven negotiation experience and skills
  • Candidate must reside in Canada
