Role Description

This is a full-time E-Commerce Marketing Manager role at Unison Worldwide Designs Canada Inc., located in Mississauga, ON, with flexibility for some remote work. As an E-Commerce Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing and implementing product descriptions, sales copies, and marketing strategies and materials to drive online sales and customer engagement. You will optimize website performance, manage digital marketing campaigns, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of online marketing channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful e-commerce marketing strategies
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce marketing
  • Experience in marketing material creation is a must
  • French-speaking is a plus
  • Enthusiasm for pets and babies is a plus
  • Experience in the design industry is a plus
  • Experience in photography and video creation is a plus

Unison Worldwide Designs Canada Inc. is an incredibly lean company. You will be reporting directly to the CEO of our company.

Hybrid: The successful candidate is expected to work in the office for at least 2 days a week.
