Ideal Candidate

You are an agile, confident, action-oriented individual who builds strong relationships and is an influential communicator that is able to:

  • Develop and foster strong collaborative relationships to influence the implementation of effective human resource strategies.

Typically, the knowledge and experience required to achieve the above is obtained through:

  • A Bachelors’ degree specializing in human resource management;

  • An equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered. A CPHR or IPMA or equivalent designation would be an asset.
