As a member of the Workforce Department, the Workforce Task Coordinator will work as part of an Eastlink team that is responsible for support both the field and Tier 1 (Advantage) though task support as well as maintenance of various offline tasks. In this role you can expect to work with stakeholders such as field operations, technical support, external as well as internal customers.

A problem solver, quick learner, effective communicator, the successful candidate will have demonstrated strong attention to detail and has the capability to multi-task and prioritize various job functions.

Experience and Qualification:

  • 1 year of experience working within Eastlink (Customer Care, Quota or Workforce)

  • Communications (both written and oral)
  • Flexible / Adaptable
  • High sense of Accountability
  • Technically inclined; Excel, word, and outlook usage is high and will need to be comfortable learning and working with our internal software programs.
