As a member of the Workforce Department, the Workforce Task Coordinator will work as part of an Eastlink team that is responsible for support both the field and Tier 1 (Advantage) though task support as well as maintenance of various offline tasks. In this role you can expect to work with stakeholders such as field operations, technical support, external as well as internal customers.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Task Completion
- Offline Report Tasks

**Experience and Qualification**:

- 1 year of experience working within Eastlink (Customer Care, Quota or Workforce)

**Skills Efforts and Attributes**:

- Customer Service Focused
- Time Management Skills
- Communications (both written and oral)
- Flexible / Adaptable
- High sense of Accountability
- Technically inclined; Excel, word, and outlook usage is high and will need to be comfortable learning and working with our internal software programs.
- Ability to work in a 7 day /week, multi-shift environment.
