About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Workforce Coordinator to join our team at Shannex. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for administering HRIS and Workforce Systems, coordinating new employee orientations, and ensuring accuracy of seniority lists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer HRIS and Workforce Systems throughout the employee life cycle
  • Coordinate classroom orientations for new employees
  • Analyze and validate timecards for bi-weekly payroll processing
  • Ensure accuracy of seniority lists and follow established procedures for internal job postings
  • Audit wage and probation for all employees monthly
  • Act as point of contact for employee requests and support on scheduling and payroll issues

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field, such as Business Administration, Office Administration, Human Resources, or Payroll Administration. Previous experience in Human Resources and/or payroll administration in a large, complex environment is required. Additionally, you should have a passion for the healthcare sector and a commitment to ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services, and care.
