About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Workforce Coordinator to join our team at Shannex Incorporated. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for administering HRIS and Workforce Systems, coordinating classroom orientation for new employees, and analyzing and validating timecards for bi-weekly payroll.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need a post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field, such as Business Administration, Office Administration, Human Resources, or Payroll Administration. You will also require 2-3 years of previous experience in Human Resources and/or payroll administration in a large, complex environment. Previous experience working in a healthcare setting or using staffing, scheduling, or payroll software is considered an asset.
