About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Academic Process & Contracts Coordinator to join our team at Nova Scotia Community College. As a key member of our Workforce Development team, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning, coordination, implementation, and stewardship of the workforce development learning process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support workforce development processes, including liaising with academic schools and campuses through contract training and continuing education business lines.
  • Play a lead role in organizing workforce development learning opportunities, at all stages, and the contracts.
  • Ensure consistency by working with broader teams to coordinate efforts across five academic schools, thirteen campuses, and one eCampus throughout the province.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to leverage systems to support delivery of customized learning.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent (e.g., office management, paralegal, business intelligence, or business analytics).
  • Minimum 3 years of recent and related occupational experience in project coordination and systems support.
  • Familiarity with computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, email, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Power BI.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure timeliness of delivery.
