Account Manager

Join our team as an Account Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strong communication and sales skills. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Stay up-to-date on product innovations, competitors, and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Fluency in English
  • Availability to work 32-40 hours per week
