Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Representative to join our team, responsible for providing expert technical support and warranty review/assurance in the field, as well as to internal sales and product development staff, specifically with respect to Goliath roofing systems and their installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide customer-facing technical support of commercial roofing systems, maintaining close connections to ongoing project needs, issues, and progress, and working closely with the sales team on developing and supporting sales opportunities.
  2. Act as a technical resource with all project stakeholders, including installers, consultants, building owners, architects, and general contractors.
  3. Conduct final inspections on roofing installations in accordance with warranty requirements.
  4. Facilitate high-level and detailed sales presentations highlighting the various features of Goliath Roofing Systems to all relevant stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with sales and product development team members on application testing and other product-related activities.
  6. Maintain a heightened degree of safety awareness and training related to the position and required duties/responsibilities.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor of Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  2. Five (5) + years of experience in low slope roofing industry.
  3. Strong technical knowledge of low slope roofing installations.
  4. Experience working directly with customers focused on maintaining lasting business relationships.
  5. Exceptional communication skills.
  6. Collaborative, team-oriented.
  7. Solution-focused with solid problem-solving skills.
