Who we need

The Talent Coordinator will be accountable for providing support in the execution of talent management initiatives related to culture and engagement, performance enablement, and learning and development.

You will have strong organization skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, have strong digital fluency including advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, and you will possess a keen eye for detail, with strong communication (written and verbal) skills.

What you will do
  • Enable employee engagement and pulse surveys by partnering with internal teams to prepare for deployment, participation, and supporting implementation of identified enterprise actions;
  • Assist in the Performance Enablement cycle through building resources that enable employees and leaders, during annual cycle;
  • Support administration related to Performance Enablement cycle including reports, scheduling, and ad-hoc support for performance tool;
  • Support end-to-end organization of learning and development from creating resources, templates, managing registration, scheduling, tracking, collecting, and analyzing feedback;
  • Synthesize and analyze data from engagement surveys, performance enablement and learning and development, to enable deeper analysis, discovery, and decision-making;
  • Draft engaging communication related to talent initiatives from presentations, company-wide emails, calendar invitations, and internal articles;
  • Identify e-learning to create customized learning paths aligned with developing organizational capabilities;
  • Coordination and administration of learning programs such as coaching, online learning platform and learning budget;
  • Optimize and streamline identified programs and processes;
  • Upon request, provide administration, coordination and reporting support for new and existing talent initiatives.


What you will bring
  • The education. Post-Secondary education, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration;
  • The experience. A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in human resources or talent management;
  • The knowledge. Familiar with project management principles with strong planning and prioritization skills. Customer-service centric with ability to develop partnerships across the organization;
  • The skills. High proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with LMS, collaboration and facilitation tools would be considered as an asset. Strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality of sensitive information;
  • The drive. Creative thinker and problem-solver with high degree of attention to accuracy and details. Naturally resourceful and proactive, with a passion for continuous learning.
