Zurich Canada is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (6 month contract) to deliver on the administrative process for the Talent Acquisition function at Zurich Canada.

Reporting to the AVP, Talent Acquisition, you will support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks, creating offer letters, managing the background check process for external candidates, interview scheduling, conducting phone interviews as needed, reviewing job applications, producing Talent Acquisition metrics, and maintaining various Talent Acquisition related reports.

What you will do

  • Team Support: Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team within Zurich Canada.
  • Resume Screening: Assisting with the review of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Assessing candidates' qualifications and skills against job requirements
  • Interview Coordination: Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates, Talent Acquisition team members and hiring managers. Communicating interview details and ensuring a smooth interview process.
  • Coordinating pre-employment checks, collecting required documents, and following up with candidates as needed.
  • Creating job offer letters for new hires and maintaining a database of new hire paperwork.
  • Creation and maintenance of regular Talent Acquisition reports.
  • Management of the employee referral process
What you bring to the table

High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 or more years of experience in the Administrative or Human Resources field.
