What you'll do here:

  • Work with our HRIS and & HR Operations team to support the development of Talent Acquisition ATS improvements and priorities
  • Develop recruitment marketing materials that help to amplify Holt Renfrew vision and values
  • Coordinate all administrative requirements for recruitment metrics, references, background checks, assessments and offer packages
  • Project management and recruitment process improvement for in store support tools
  • Partner cross functionally to coordinate and organize seasonal hiring initiatives
  • Coordinate and track all temporary needs, contracts and invoices with agencies
  • Liaise with Universities/Colleges for career fairs
  • Manage weekly/monthly talent acquisition reporting
  • Support our posting and social media strategy
  • Support execution of new hire onboarding
  • Strong communication (written & verbal), interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Postsecondary degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of relevant business experience
  • Experience with Workday considered an asset
  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills with the ability to get things done
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; a team player who has the ability to act as both a leader and an individual contributor as required
  • Experience with and the ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans; demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and managing activities to meet competing deadlines
  • Is adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and change
  • Highly serviceoriented with exceptional organizational and follow up skills
  • Bilingual in French and English is an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
