If you have experience in Talent Acquisition administration and seek a fresh challenge, we'd love to hear from you. Zurich Canada is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 6-month contract to handle administrative tasks for the Talent Acquisition function.

Reporting to the AVP of Talent Acquisition, you'll assist the team with administrative duties, such as creating offer letters, managing background checks for external candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting phone screenings, reviewing applications, compiling metrics, and maintaining reports.

This role offers a chance to enhance your skills and knowledge in a supportive environment that values your input.

This opportunity allows for a mix of remote and in-office work.

What You Will Do

  • Team Support: Provide administrative assistance to the talent acquisition team at Zurich Canada.
  • Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications, assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensure a smooth process.
  • Manage pre-employment checks and necessary documents.
  • Create offer letters and maintain new hire paperwork.
  • Generate and update Talent Acquisition reports.
  • Oversee employee referral process.

What You Bring to the Table

Minimum of a High School Diploma and 2+ years of experience in Administrative or Human Resources.
