The role requires providing weekly updates to the Project Delivery Manager on the status of projects, identifying any resource constraints or risks.

The Project Manager will provide escalation path for technical resources and other Project Managers, assisting where required to ensure a positive customer experience during projects delivered to clients.

The role involves working collaboratively with the Account Executive team to understand and participate in ongoing client relationships and to assist in all aspects of the sales cycle from opportunity identification through to post-sales customer experience.

The Project Manager will contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
