Job Title: HR Generalist (Recruitment)

As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment and hiring process, as well as other HR functions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment cycle management, including developing job postings, shortlisting, pre-screening, scheduling and conducting interviews, reference checks, and onboarding new hires.
  • Supporting active sourcing initiatives and collaborating with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs.
  • Representing the company at career fairs and other recruitment events.
  • Coordinating and maintaining HRIS administration.
  • Providing reports and status updates to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience with HRIS administration and ATS considered an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong working knowledge of and experience with office software.
