Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The successful candidate will be responsible for all activities related to recruitment, as well as supporting other Human Resources functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Cycle
    • Develop and post job advertisements
    • Shortlist and pre-screen candidates
    • Schedule and conduct interviews
    • Complete reference checks
    • Prepare and issue offer letters and decline letters
    • Onboard and manage new hire documentation
  • Active Sourcing
    • Support active sourcing initiatives
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs
  • HRIS Administration
    • Coordinate and maintain HRIS administration
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Provide reports and status updates to internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Education
    • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum of one year of relevant experience in Human Resources
  • Skills
    • Experience with SAP Success Factors or other HRIS administration and ATS considered an asset
    • Good organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
    • The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels of the organization
    • Strong working knowledge of and experience with office software (i.e. Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc...)
