Job SummaryAs a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving the geographic annual revenue plan in alignment with the overall Corporate Strategy of Market penetration supported by Betco branded or private brand chemical and equipment product lines.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and expand market share in the Janitorial/Sanitation channel.
- Manage and motivate a team of Facility Solution Specialists (FSS) to achieve sales targets and build end customer demand.
- Review and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain key relationships with distributors and end customers to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Manage and execute promotional programs and pricing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Monitor and manage demo stock inventory and ensure required turns.
- Ensure the financial responsibility of company assets and maintain a high level of integrity.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business with sales emphasis.
- 5 years' experience in progressive sales management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Proficient and knowledgeable in Customer Relations (CRM) tracking software, including salesforce.
- Business Acumen: Knowledgeable in current and possible future policies, practices, trends and information affecting the business and organization.
- Customer Focus: Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
- Integrity: Acts consistently with company values and the highest standards of ethical behavior.
- Interpersonal Savvy: Relates well to all kinds of people, up, down, inside and outside the organization.
