Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Clerk to join our team at Fraser Health Authority. As a key member of our Public Health team, you will provide administrative support to our health professionals and contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide reception services, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and directing calls to the appropriate staff members.
  2. Perform a variety of administrative tasks, such as typing reports, maintaining filing systems, and processing mail and faxes.
  3. Assist with client intake, including scheduling appointments and maintaining waiting lists.
  4. Operate office equipment, such as photocopiers and fax machines, and perform minor maintenance tasks.
  5. Perform general timekeeping functions, including gathering hours worked and coding hours into the payroll system.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require a Grade 12 education and a certificate in Office Administration, plus one year of recent related experience. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
