Job DescriptionThe Administrative Assistant is accountable for providing confidential administrative support to assigned Directors. This role supports and contributes to the efficient operation of portfolios through accurate, timely, and efficient execution of administrative tasks.
- Provide administrative support to Directors, including coordinating workflow, preparing documents, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Work collaboratively with the administrative team to achieve Saskatchewan Health Authority objectives.
- Coordinate with other administration support staff to ensure seamless operation of administrative tasks.
- 3-5 years of experience working in a senior administrative assistant-type role.
- Completion of Grade 12 supplemented by a recognized business course.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced decision-making skills.
- Advanced organizational skills.
- Advanced collaborative skills.
- Advanced planning skills.
- Advanced communication skills.
- Knowledge in minute taking.
- Excellent proficiency in editing material for clarity, accuracy, and conciseness.
- Advance computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Access).
