Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Health Careers in Sask. As a key member of our Director's Office, you will provide confidential administrative support to the Director and contribute to the efficient operation of our portfolio(s).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Director, including coordinating workflow and providing support services as requested.
  • Support the efficient operation of our portfolio(s) through accurate, timely, and efficient execution of administrative support functions.
  • Work closely with all members of the administrative team to assist in accomplishing our objectives.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience working in a senior administrative assistant-type role.
  • Completion of Grade 12 supplemented by a recognized business course.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license.
  • Advanced collaborative, communication, decision-making, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Knowledge in minute taking and ability to be self-directed, creative, and to have sound judgment.
  • Advance computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Access).
  • Ability to recognize and maintain confidential information.
