The Project Quality Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. This position requires a strong understanding of quality management systems, continuous improvement methodologies, and process verification and validation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure 100% quality and regulatory compliance in accordance with documented procedures.
  • Develop and implement process improvement plans using quality and continuous process improvement tools.
  • Support continuous product and process improvement through detailed failure analysis and corrective and preventive actions.
  • Develop risk management tools and aids to mitigate risks identified through the Risk Management process.
  • Ensure process compliance through the development of procedures, work instructions, and documentation.
  • Provide project quality support during tendering and project execution phases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with 3+ years of Quality Assurance Engineering experience in the Power Generation industry.
  • Must be able to travel 25% annually.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Quality Assurance and/or Quality Engineering experience in the Aerospace or Aviation industry.
  • OEM experience with Alstom or GE equipment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Quality Management System tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, acknowledge, develop, communicate, and implement a strategy under crisis situations.
