At Punchcard, we are in the process of inventing a new type of consulting agency, and we need great people to come along this journey with us. Our clients come to us to help them solve interesting challenges using technology. We are scaling our team and are looking for a Digital Project Manager to advise clients on their products from concept to completion.

The path in which we move as a team from concept to completion is an ever evolving and constantly improving process that requires a deft hand to define, plan, delegate, track, review, and measure results to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will work with our clients and project delivery teams to ensure product objectives goals are met and the final delivery wows our customers.

**What you need to do**:

- Create strong relationships with the team and clients
- Initiate and manage projects in accordance with client contracts
- Resource and schedule the appropriate amount of work for the team
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Manage and communicate:

- Project plans
- Schedules/Forecasts
- Budgets
- Estimates
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with:

- Clients
- Third parties/vendors
- Lead or facilitate:

- New client on-boarding
- Project meetings (kick offs)
- Sprint ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, planning, etc.)
- Support the team with:

- Activity and workshop facilitation
- Identification of risks and mitigation
- Sprint planning and sculpting
- Backlog and sprint board management
- Project discovery
- Quality assurance
- Client communication
- Scope management
- Monitor and coach team on:

- Communication
- Process
- Best practices
- Project and sprint performance
- Ensure that:

- Process is followed or adapted as appropriate
- Roadblocks are removed or addressed
- Delivery challenges are escalated when necessary
- Sprint outcomes and projects are delivered on-time, within budget
- The delivery team keeps the scope reasonable and targeted to the sprint outcome
- Contribute to:

- Project documentation
- Process improvements and documentation
- Assess and evaluate project progress and success
- Encourage and recognize quality work and success on your teams

**Skills we expect you to bring**:

- 1-3 years experience in project coordination or project management.
- Experience within an Agile methodology, such as Scrum Master.
- Experience with consultancy projects an asset.
- History of managing digital projects from concept to completion.
- Strong communication skills with excellent writing, presentation, and reporting capabilities.
- Active listening and effective collaboration.
- Self motivation and ability to be proactive.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Decision making - prioritization, maintaining scope, risk mitigation.
- Proficient with project management and communication software.
- Ability to work with and manage cross-functional teams.
- Ability to coordinate and facilitate meetings and reviews.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
