**What you’ll do**
- Project Planning and Strategy:_
- Collaborate with Sales teams to understand client requirements and project objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned with the project scope and deliverables.
- Manage a portfolio of projects, maintaining a high level of quality while coordinating multiple projects at once.
- Client Engagement:_
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, maintaining effective communication and building strong client relationships.
- Facilitate regular project team meetings, keeping stakeholders on track
- Assimilate multiple viewpoints, opinions, and direction to identify, and resolve gaps and discrepancies within the project - Escalating when necessary
- Cross-Functional Coordination:_
- Work closely with the technical teams to understand product capabilities and coordinate customization efforts based on client needs.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Manager regarding account strategies, opportunities and insights.
- Identify and develop implementation processes that could be used as a framework for future clients
- Training and User Adoption:_
- Coordinate training programs for clients' end-users to ensure successful adoption of SolusGuard's safety technology.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to address any user-related issues during the initial adoption phase.

**What you bring to the team**
- Proven experience (3+ years) managing projects or complex initiatives
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage priorities effectively.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex implementation challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of a customer organization, including executive and C-level
- Strong leadership qualities enabling you to be in the driving seat for the direction and pace of the project
- Ability to run multiple, complex projects concurrently
- Ability to identify project issues and risks

**Bonus Points**
- Experience working with Enterprise level accounts
- PMP Certification
- Experience working with SaaS or other technology related products
