We Are looking for a **Project Manager** in our Customer Office. The role of the Project Manager is a function that acts to create cohesion among different groups for all client engagements. This Role is not directly responsible for internal projects but instead focus’ on external ZERO software deployments for externally facing projects.

The PM in ZERO assists in keeping all resources for a project on task. Helps remind resources of upcoming tasks and ultimately acts as a support mechanism to ensure successful on time delivery of ZERO Projects.

They will lead discussions in project meetings, update project progress, create project plan for all projects, maintain the full project register, update internal and external stakeholders and the like on project performance and generally maintain in depth awareness of all existing ongoing projects.

They will work as part of the Customer Office in a critical role deliver our unique, white glove customer service on all our client deployments.

**What you'll be doing as a Project Manager**:

- Manage multiple complex large-scale projects from start to finish including
- Define/refine user flow and develop acceptance criteria
- Actively manage the project deliverables and drive execution
- Define success metrics
- Understand, identify, and address gaps
- Actively seek feedback, identify, and prioritize continual improvement opportunities
- Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks that affect timelines and quality
- Define and enforce stage-gates and collaborate cross-functionally
- Collaborate with engineering and GTM teams to understand strategies and look for ways to streamline to accelerate delivery
- Track and report project status
- Coordinate projects communication and create documentation (workflows, guides, etc.) as needed.

**Job Qualifications and Skill Set**:

- 3+ years of managing software development, software customization, product delivery or business process automation projects
- Deep experience with modern software development practices
- Strong experience with agile methodologies and eagerness to roll up sleeves to evolve processes as needs evolve
- Proven track record to maintain alignment across many time zones
- A Passion for problem solving - focus on understanding issues and taking a solutions-oriented approach
- Proficiency with JIRA and release management tools
- Strong written and verbal communication.

**Nice-to-haves**:

- Ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams. Engineers LOVE to work with you
- Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent planning, organization, time management skills
- Proven proficiency in working with multiple teams to design, scope, and shepherd features from inception to deployment
- Solid understanding of life cycle models as well as authoritative knowledge of modern project/program management methodologies
- Experience with agile methodologies particularly Scrum and variations
- Experience with project/program/portfolio management tools (e.g., JIRA)
- Recognizes the importance of continuous improvement and finds opportunities to optimize practices to improve quality and increase efficiency.
