Program Manager, Learning and Development

This role plays a critical part in delivering learning and development programs across Divisions and Groups, directly contributing to Magna's business and strategic priorities. The successful candidate will provide insight and recommendations to support continuous improvement, ensuring global alignment of standardized program content across regions and groups.
Your Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage the execution of the Operations Management Accelerator in collaboration with Corporate L&D management team.
- Manage the execution of the global leadership development programs in collaboration with Corporate L&D management team.
- Serve as primary contact for Corporate L&D, focusing on program implementation and delivery.
- Coordinate with regional L&D managers to ensure effective adoption of programs and adherence to L&D standards.
- Work with external partners to deliver aligned content and programs, evaluating training success globally.
- Track and report learning outcomes to demonstrate program impact.
- Handle logistics for program events.
- Analyze learning metrics for reporting to senior leaders.
- Manage participant registrations, track attendance, and monitor program progress using the Magna LMS.
- 3-5 years of experience in learning and development.
- Degree or diploma in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning evaluation.
- Program design and learning management experience.
- Event management/coordination skills.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
- Regular travel required; average estimated at 25%
