Job Summary

Magna is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead the development and delivery of our global technical education programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning programs that enhance the technical competencies of our employees and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technical education programs that align with Magna's strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and design effective solutions
  • Manage the delivery of programs, including coordination with instructors, universities, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with Magna's learning management system and quality standards
Requirements
  • University degree in Business, Learning Management, Communication, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in an automotive manufacturing environment
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective learning programs
  • Strong project management skills, including setting priorities, multi-tasking, and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence outcomes and accountability of team members
