About the RoleThis hybrid role requires 3 days in our Waterloo office and 2 days remote. As a Renewals Project Manager, you will join a dynamic team whose mission is to protect and grow recurring revenue through policy development and enforcement.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage department and corporate strategy to maximize revenue
- Interpret business requirements to convert to program deliverables
- Analyze situations and employ creative decision making to solve problems
- Engage and build cooperative relationships with cross-functional teams
- Provide input and guidance on system and reporting enhancements
- Prepare and lead business reviews for senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in technology sales, renewals, or related operations
- Good overall knowledge of technology and Enterprise Information Management market space
- Strong business acumen and project management skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable dealing with complex business and technical problems
- Detail-oriented and proactive individual with excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office 365
