Your Impact

The Renewals Project Manager will join a dynamic Renewals Business Practices team whose mission is to protect and grow recurring revenue through the development and enforcement of policies and controls and related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage department and corporate strategy to maximize revenue
  • Interpret business requirements to convert to program deliverables
  • Analyze situations and employ creative decision making to solve problems and achieve results
  • Engage and build cooperative relationships with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and optimal business outcomes
  • Provide input and guidance into the development of required system and reporting enhancements
  • Prepare and lead business reviews to the senior leadership team regarding progress and effectiveness of projects and programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in technology sales, renewals, or related operations and recent experience in a technology company
  • Good overall knowledge of technology and Enterprise Information Management market space, competitors, trends, and related industries
  • Strong business acumen, capable of developing and managing multiple strategic projects and plans with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and strong listening skills
  • Comfortable dealing with complex business and technical problems, with solid issue and escalation management skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive individual with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and tools for comprehensive analysis
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365
