Transforming Renewals with Excellence
At Micro Focus, we're seeking a highly skilled Renewal Project Manager to join our dynamic Renewals Business Practices team. As a key member of this team, you'll play a pivotal role in protecting and growing our recurring revenue through the development and enforcement of policies and controls.
Your Impact
- Leverage your analytical skills to drive business growth through project development and governance, supporting our revenue goals.
- Partner closely with Renewals, Channel, Sales, Support, Product, IT, and Operations colleagues to drive alignment and optimal business outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of required system and reporting enhancements, ensuring seamless integration and data-driven decision making.
- Prepare and lead business reviews to the senior leadership team, providing insights into project progress and effectiveness.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technology sales, renewals, or related operations, with a strong background in a technology company.
- Excellent business acumen, with the ability to develop and manage multiple strategic projects and plans with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and build cooperative relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 and ability to navigate multiple systems and tools for comprehensive analysis.
