Your ImpactThe Renewals Project Manager will join a dynamic Renewals Business Practices team whose mission is to protect and grow recurring revenue through the development and enforcement of policies and controls and related initiatives.
- Leverage department and corporate strategy to maximize revenue
- Interpret business requirements to convert to program deliverables
- Analyze situations and employ creative decision making to solve problems and achieve results
- Engage and build cooperative relationships with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and optimal business outcomes
- Provide input and guidance into the development of required system and reporting enhancements
- Prepare and lead business reviews to senior leadership regarding progress and effectiveness of projects and programs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in technology sales, renewals, or related operations and recent experience in a technology company
- Good overall knowledge of technology and Enterprise Information Management market space, competitors, trends, and related industries
- Strong business acumen, capable of developing and managing multiple strategic projects and plans with minimal supervision
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken
- Comfortable dealing with complex business and technical problems
- Detail-oriented, proactive individual with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and tools for comprehensive analysis
- Proficiency in MS Office 365
