Your Impact

The Renewals Project Manager will join a dynamic Renewals Business Practices team whose mission is to protect and grow recurring revenue through the development and enforcement of policies and controls and related initiatives.

  • Using strong interpersonal and analytical skills, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to business growth through analysis, project development, and governance in support of the company's revenue goals.
  • This role will partner closely with and drive alignment across Renewals, Channel, Sales, Support, Product, IT, and Operations colleagues.
  • Reporting to the Senior Director of Renewal Business Processes, the ideal candidate in this high-impact role is an experienced and extremely organized leader with an eye for detail and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Leveraging department and corporate strategy, and company business practices and resources, to maximize revenue:

  • Interpreting business requirements to convert to program deliverables, informing management & stakeholders of key issues and changes which may impact results & delivery.
  • Analyzing situations, employing creative and effective decision making to solve problems and achieve results.
  • Effectively engaging and building cooperative relationships with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and optimal business outcomes.
  • Preparing and leading business reviews to the senior leadership team regarding progress and effectiveness of projects and programs.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Good overall knowledge of technology and Enterprise Information Management market space, competitors, trends, and related industries.
  • Strong business acumen, capable of developing and managing multiple strategic projects and plans with minimal supervision, including managing internal stakeholders.
